Step 1 — Tell us what you want
Choose a product, or send a custom idea through the Custom Orders page or to sales@laserduckcreations.com. Tell us the product, the name or message, and describe your logo or photo.
Step 2 — Approve your proof
We will email you a proof within 1 business day. Two revisions are included. Nothing is engraved until you approve the proof — please check spelling, names, and dates carefully on the proof.
Step 3 — We make it, then ship it
After you approve, turnaround is 5 business days. Large orders may take longer, and we will email you if yours will be delayed. Shipping is calculated at checkout using live carrier rates (USPS and UPS). Texas tax applies.
Rush orders
Yes, on a case-by-case basis, in tiers — plus the cost of expedited shipping. Contact us before ordering if you have a hard deadline, and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible. Normal Rush — 3 to 5 working days until your desired shipping date: +10%. Priority Rush — 2 working days or less until your desired shipping date: +25%. Rush availability depends on production capacity and existing orders, and may not be available for every material or design.
How to send us a logo or photo — read this before you order
The website checkout does not have a file-upload button, so please email your file to sales@laserduckcreations.com with your order number or name in the subject line. Accepted files: PDF, PNG, JPG. Use the original file, not a screenshot or a photo downloaded from social media — clear, high-contrast artwork engraves best. Very small text and very fine detail may not hold on every material; your proof will show what to expect, and we will tell you if a design will not work well before we engrave it.
