Refund policy

Because personalized and custom items are engraved just for you, we can't accept returns or offer refunds on them — they can't be resold to anyone else. This covers the Personalized Split Monogram Coaster Set and all custom orders.

Please double-check names, spelling, and details when you order, and review your proof carefully before approving it. Once you approve a proof, we engrave exactly what it shows, and we can't redo an item for a mistake that was in the approved proof.

If we make the mistake, we'll make it right: if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or doesn't match the proof you approved, contact us at sales@laserduckcreations.com for a replacement or refund. For damage, let us know within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the damage — we'll ship your replacement within 5 business days.
